Case Supervisor

Kylie Ordos leads and trains behavior therapists who work directly with the clients at In STEPPS.  Through her work with the therapists, Kylie empowers caregivers to implement behavior analytic services which bring about unique behavior programs. Kylie has held positions of increasing responsibility since she joined the company in 2014. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a certification she received after earlier earning a bachelor’s from University of San Diego and a master’s from University of Arizona. Kylie is particularly skilled at working with individuals with cerebral palsy.

What are three items on your bucket list?

Go to Japan, ride in a hot air balloon and visit all the national parks

If you could have any one superpower, which would you choose?

To be able to transport myself anywhere in the world in a blink of an eye.

Before working at In STEPPS, what was the most unusual or interesting job you had?

I taught archery at a summer camp for kids – before then, I had absolutely no experience with a bow.

What’s your favorite place in the world?

The beach

What’s a secret talent that no one knows about?

I played four years of collegiate softball at a Division 1 university
