Clinical Consultant and Licensed Psychologist

Erin McNerney has been with In STEPPS since its founding in 2010 and has more than 20 years of experience in the field. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D), Erin provides diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy and behavioral analysis. She has helped design and implement behavior intervention and parent education programs that have helped hundreds of children and their families. Erin has published articles and given presentations on autism, ABA and NDBI. She earned a master’s in counseling psychology and a doctorate in clinical psychology from University of California, Santa Barbara.

I have a real-life superpower. I have an excellent visual memory and can find almost any lost object as long as I’ve seen it once!
