Krystle Germer

Case Supervisor

Krystal Germer is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who serves as Case Supervisor in the Northeast Orange County region. She develops and oversees client programs, provides parent consultation, supervises and trains staff and conducts functional behavior assessments. Krystle has been working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities since 2012 and has experience using evidence-based treatments including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT). Krystle also is trained in Picture Exchange Communication, Basic Life Support and Safety Care. Krystle has a master’s in professional behavior analysis from San Diego State University, and a master’s in behavior analysis from Florida Institute of Technology.
