M’Lissa McFall

Assistant Supervisor

M’Lissa McFall designs and oversees Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other special needs. She supervises and mentors Behavior Interventionists, assesses treatment progress, conducts functional behavior assessments, performs intake assessments and assists with training for clinical staff. M’Lissa has 12 years of experience in the field. Prior to working at In STEPPS, she gained valuable experience working as a behavior interventionist, special education teacher assistant and preschool teacher. She has a master’s in psychology, with a concentration in applied behavior analysis, from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Any tropical region, I especially love Tulum

What’s a secret talent that no one knows about?

I love to landscape and garden and once owned six acres and spent most of my free time gardening. I made beautiful gardens and grew different orchards.
